1. Lock screws and retaining rings are SS316L
2. Ports for 1000, 1200 psi vessels are made out of super duplex stainless steel
3. Seal plate is one single moulded piece.
4. Membrane adaptors are made out of ABS for higher strength
5. Head seals are high quality quartz seal for better performance

1. Each membrane pressure vessels is tracked by serial number mentioned on the bearing plate.
2. All membrane pressure vessels are designed for 100,000 cycles and qualified burst test to six times of its rted operating pressure. Each membrane pressure vessels is passed through hydrostatic testing prior to dispatch.

1. 30% reduced parts ensure that the operator does not need to carry too many parts, bolts and nuts during installation
2. Permeate part assemblies are interchangeable between the models for immediate operations
3. Rust cone can be end port models and can be used even inside port models.
4. All models are supplied with support saddle and SS strap, longer membrane pressure vessels are supplied with multiple support accessories.
